Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you are not completely satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at customerservice@silkroadteas.com or 415 458 8624 within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange for the return of your order.
To return an item for full credit, please include the original receipt and packaging and tell us your reason for return.

Shipping
We offer USPS or UPS Ground.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week.
